Important Policies
Cancellation Policy
- If ISRR cancels the conference due to unavoidable reasons, the participant will receive credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
- The credit may be used for another ISRR event within one year from the date of cancellation.
Transfer of Registration
- Fully paid registrations are transferable to another person from the same organization if the registered participant is unable to attend.
- Transfer requests are applicable only up to 30 days prior to the conference.
- Transfer requests must be emailed to [email protected] with replacement participant details.
Refund Policy
- Within 60–50 days of the conference: eligible for 25% refund.
- Within 50 days of the conference: not eligible for refund.
- Paper presentation payments will not be refunded.
